豆瓣企业污水中微生物降解氨氮的研究

摘要:食品生产企业的废水中主要存在的污染物为含NP的化合物,其中氨氮、游离PO43--P如不经过处理排入河流水系中,会间接引起河流水系的水华等污染问题。本研究从微生物强化技术的角度出发,分离、筛选豆瓣企业生产污水中的降解氨氮的土著微生物,挑选氨氮降解效果好的菌种5株,编号分别为JCFXH2JCGH4DDFXH1YMFXH3QXYFXH3,制备复合微生物菌剂F1并检测其氨氮降解效果。结果表明,豆瓣企业生产污水中的土著微生物具有显著的氨氮降解效果,在30 ℃180 r/min条件下于三角瓶中发酵7 d,氨氮降解效率最高达到98%,复合微生物菌剂F1的氨氮降解效果比单一菌种平均水平提高了29%

Study on Degradation of Ammonia Nitrogen by Microorganism in Douban Wastewater

AbstractThe main pollutants in the waste water of food production enterprises are compounds containing N and P. If ammonia nitrogen and free PO43--P are discharged into the river system without treatment, they will indirectly cause water bloom and other pollution problems in the river system.In this study, from the point of view of microbial enhancement technology, we isolated and screened the indigenous microorganisms that degrade ammonia nitrogen from the production wastewater of Douban enterprise, and selected five strains with good degradation effect of ammonia nitrogen, numbered JCFXH2, JCGH4, DDFXH1, YMFXH3 and QXYFXH3, respectively, to make composite microbial agent F1 and test its degradation effect of ammonia nitrogen.The results showed that the indigenous microorganisms in the production wastewater of Douban enterprise had significant degradation effect of ammonia nitrogen. The highest degradation efficiency of ammonia nitrogen was 98% after fermentation in a triangular flask for 7days at 30 ℃ and 180r/min. The degradation effect of compound microbial agent F1 was 29% higher than the average level of a single strain.
